FAQ
Common questions before you commit.
How quickly can we launch?
I only work with 5 managed clients and 2 coaching clients at a time. If there's a space free, we can go from signed contract to launched ads in <1 week. Otherwise, there will be a waiting list until a space opens up.
Do you write everything for us?
I write ad copy for all the ads we need as outlined in the strategy. For the full service LinkedIn package, including organic founder-brand content, I also write 2x thought-leader posts/week. I'm not a copywriter as a service though, so don't do ad-hoc copywriting requests.
What do you need from us?
Admin access to your CRM, LinkedIn Ads platform, and company LinkedIn page. I'll use these to build the foundational ad messaging and content strategy, and identify the most profitable segments for targeting. If you have brand guidelines, brand assets, and a tone of voice guide, that's helpful too to ensure all content and copy is on-brand, reducing the need for revisions.
Is ad creative included?
Yes, ad creative is included as part of the package so it doesn't ever become a roadblock. I create the core designs needed to fulfil the identified needs of the strategy. Image creative is included, but not video. For the full-service LinkedIn package, this will also include any carousels, cheatsheets, and documents needed to fulfil the strategy. As with copywriting, it's not design as a service, so I don't do ad-hoc creative requests.
How often do meet?
We communicate async via Slack on a daily basis, then have a scheduled recurring call once per month. Once per month is ideal since meeting too frequently can lead to making unnecessary account tweaks whilst we wait for momentum to build (due to misreading signals). Bi-weekly calls are also option if you feel that's needed and want extra time to brainstorm. You'll also get a detailed performance report, with insights and action items, delivered every Monday.
What's the minimum term?
There isn't one. I invoice one month in advance for the month ahead and then you can cancel at anytime, without notice. I believe the quality of the work and results from activity should be the glue that makes you want to stay working with me. You're never locked into a lengthy retainer you can't get out of it or feel trapped.
How long does it take to see results?
It's different for every business, and heavily dependent upon your sales cycle. Companies with shorter sales cycles and a mature LinkedIn program should start to see a lift within 6-8 weeks. New advertisers targeting cold audiences will see improvements after 12 weeks as it takes time to saturate the new audiences.
